We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in mint condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, free of damage or odors, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request an exchange, contact us at info@b4us.shop before sending the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Approved exchanges are subject to replacement availability.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@b4us.shop so we can review the issue and make it right.
